Mission Statement
To manage properties for corporations that invest in real estate. To monitor property goals on a regular basis to ensure ongoing compliance for the owner, to provide counseling, training, and education for low income renters and homebuyers. To create public/private partnerships to manage, develop and build new affordable housing.
CDPCN founded Global Property Management Group, Inc. (GPMGLV) in 2002, recognizing the critical need for dedicated property management to protect operational interests and ensure compliance with income and rent-targeting goals of the low-income housing tax credit programs.
GPMGLV has been in operation for more than 20 years and has leased more than 1,000 apartment units, continuing to manage communities across the Las Vegas Valley. Our state-of-the-art systems handle tracking, record keeping, bookkeeping, and reporting with precision and care.
We have a clear set of principles for the management of this organization. We have spent considerable time and energy ensuring that these standards are met, maintaining the highest levels of compliance for our residents, investors, and community partners.
